ACCOUNTINGWorkplace Registration in Turkey in Countries Without a Social Security Agreement

⎯ The workplace of the employer who will take the insured abroad must be established and registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Workplace registration in the Foreign Service Contract approved by the Turkish Employment Agency
should be based on the start date.
⎯ If the employers will carry out the work they will do abroad by the insurance holders to be notified from the new registered workplace file; they will fulfill their social insurance obligations from this file by registering the workplace file in the SGK unit to which the business centers are affiliated. In case of undertaking another job with the same short-term insurance branch premium rate in the same country, the insured persons working in this workplace will be able to fulfill their social insurance obligations through the previously registered workplace file.
⎯ The insured will be notified to SGK over the monthly fee specified in the Overseas Service Agreement approved by the Turkish Employment Agency. The fee to be notified to SSI shall not exceed 3 times the lower limit of the earnings subject to premium specified in Article 82 of the Law No. 5510.
⎯ Insurance holders working in workplaces belonging to employers who undertake work in countries that do not have a social security agreement with our country should be reported to SSI from 21 Document Types.
